Keep your hands free as you dive! This is the world's only dive mask that has an integrated water resistant High Definition 720P digital video camera plus 5.0MP photographs. Operates to a depth of 130ft / 40m and eliminates the need to hand carry an underwater camera. Ideal for scuba diving and may also be used for snorkeling, snuba, spearfishing, and freediving. The goggle lenses are made of tempered glass and have integrated crosshairs that help you to line up shots. Turn the Camera on, and choose a mode with the upper button. Simply press the shutter button to record pictures or videos. An LED inside the mask tells you if you are in still image or video mode. Downloading images is as easy as plugging in the mask to your PCs or Macs USB port (RCA/USB cable provided) and pressing the power button. TV playback is also possbile through the RCA/USB cable. The included software (PC only) allows you to edit your content. A microSD/SDHC card slot allows you to add memory up to 16GB currently and expected to accomodate up to 32GB (when available) for additional pictures or videos. A 2GB MicroSD card is included with the Scuba Series Camera Mask. Requires four AAA batteries (included). Ages 13 and up.

How many photos or videos can I record with a MicroSD Card?

If you utilize an 16GB MicroSDHC Card, which is currently the largest size available that this model can accomodate, you may record approximately 18,000 images or approximately 8 hours of video. With average use of both photos and videos, a 16GB card will generally be enough memory for multiple scuba dives. It is recommended to ulitilize a 4GB or 8GB card and carry multiple cards while traveling should a memory card fail.

 

Can I use a 4 GB or a High Capacity Micro SDHC Card?

Yes. The Scuba Series will work with a Micro SD/SDHC Card up to 32 GB.

 

How deep can I take the Camera Mask?

The Scuba Series is rated to 40 meters or 130 feet. It is intended for use while scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing and snorkeling.

 

Where is the Serial Number located?

The serial number is inside the battery compartment located on the same side as the Memory Compartment. Remove the cap and look inside the compartment.

 

Is there another size?

There are two mask sizes for this model. The size difference is in the silicone skirt. The Model 320 Mid size is the most common size mask and fits a wide variety of face sizes including small or narrow faces up to an average male adult. If you have a face that is wider than average or a nose that is larger than average, please choose the Model 321 Large size.

 

Can I change the Date/Time setting?

Can I use the Arcsoft Editing Software program Mediaimpressions with a Mac?

No. The Arcsoft Software is for PC only. The Camera Mask is compatible with the Mac and PC. The software is not required to download photos and videos. It is only an extra editing tool as a third party accessory.
